Crock-pot Pork Chops

3/4 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C soy sauce
1/2 C ketchup
1/4 C honey
2 T cider or white wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
6 pork loin chops
1 medium onion, sliced

In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Place pork chops in crock-pot and cover with sauce. Place onion on top. Cover and cook on low for approximately 4-5 hours (depending on thickness of chops).
