1 3oz. package of Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
1 C Buttermilk
Whip together until smooth. Chill for about 5 minutes until set up good. Mix in:
1 8oz. cool whip
1 large can chunky pineapple
1 large can Mandarin Oranges
6-8 Fudge stripe cookies (yes, cookies!) , crumbled
Chill and serve. Can be garnished with a few mandarin oranges (saved out) and additional cookies.
