Spicy Potato Wedges

1/4 C vegetable oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3 1/2 lbs large potatoes, cut into wedges

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; add potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on greased baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning once.

I use a similar recipe, but I turn the oven up to 450 or 500 and do it in about half the time. You can really throw in any spices that you want (e.g., galic salt, taco seasoning, seasoned salt, cumin, etc.,). You really can't mess this recipe up.
