Corn Bread Pudding

Corn Bread Pudding
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
½  cup better, melted
1 package corn bread/ muffin mix

Mix all ingredients together and pour in a greased 9x12 casserole dish.  Bake at 350 for 40-45 min or until it is golden brown.
