4 large baking potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
½ C chopped onion
1 C chopped cooked ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ C water
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Mix all together in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.
