Yogurt Bark

 Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups plain non-fat Greek Yogurt

1/2 C peanut butter

2 T honey or pure maple syrup

1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Combine everything. Spread out on parchment paper on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 4 hours (or until hard).  Break into 8 servings.
